LOVE, love my floors from Brothers! I appreciated Jessica’s advice when we were looking. Tim was our Sales Rep, and always responsive and helpful. Honestly,, I was disappointed that the installation team did not clean up and present the new flooring beautifully. I had to spend MANY hours cleaning and scrubbing my brand new floors to clean the dust and grime left from the installers. . Brothers, you are missing an opportunity to “stand out” from your competitors, by leaving a customer with spotless shiny new floors!!! But I will say, Tom came back several times to make sure we were happy. Tom gets 5 Stars! I’m giving Brothers 4 stars. When your customer spend many thousands of dollars on new flooring, leave them in awe with a shiny, spotless first impression after install!

Had bids from 3 other companies. Others were less expensive but did not include total costs- I.e. they didn’t submit an honest and accurate number to us. We chose Brothers because of their experience and professionalism.
Great experience working with the Brothers Floor Covering team to install engineered hardwood floors in my home. First, they took the time to talk through the project with me and were able to find a solution that both fit into my budget and made me feel like I wasn't sacrificing anything - not an easy feat! Second, I was concerned about possibly removing some cabinets down the road and the team found a way to install the flooring under the existing cabinets - that was going above and beyond and much appreciated. Third, the floors are absolutely beautiful, and the team left my house the way that they found it, except with much better floors! They even dusted off the furniture before leaving. Definitely recommend Brothers if you want quality flooring installed without cutting corners by a team that seems to genuinely care and take pride in the work that they do.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brothers Floor Covering. The process from start to finish was so easy and the finished product is amazing. We are in love with our new carpet. The 4 man crew that came to install our carpet were so nice and professional. They were dog friendly and made sure to keep everything neat and tidy while they worked so we had zero clean up when they left.

From the moment of contact to the day of install, communication was solid and the process fast and easy. Onsite workers were exceptionally friendly and honest, answering questions patiently. I get to save some face by doing the trim myself, but I never would have been able to complete the flooring. For that, I thank you immensely. Fantastic all around, and looking forward to working with y'all to complete the den.

We walked in the door and were immediately impressed. Greg, the owner, worked very hard with us to match an engineered hardwood with our existing floor. Andrew came to measure and was a joy to work with. Their installers work was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. This is the second project I’ve done with Brothers — one hardwood, one carpet — and both have been exceptional! No sales pressure, friendly service and most importantly, great quality. Who knows when my third project will be but Brothers will be my first call

I can’t say enough how happy I am with my new flooring from Brothers Floor Covering. I recently purchased a new home with very uneven floors, Brothers assured me that with the right leveling preparation it could be fixed. I am so pleased with how it turned out, no more wonky uneven floors. My new floors are beautiful and level. I would highly recommend spending the money to let the professionals at Brothers Floor Coverings level out your floors and give your new floors the foundation they to look nice and feel solid under your feet. I’m so glad I found them on Yelp!
Absolutely delighted! Love the care the install team showed my house. I was treated with respect in all my dealings from top notch and convenient measuring and scheduling to an amazing install crew. Very professional and friendly. The carpet looks amazing.

We hired them to replace all of the tile and carpet on our main level, and after looking at several options, we’re very glad we chose Brothers. From start to finish, the experience was excellent top-notch sales support, quality installation, and helpful guidance throughout the entire process.
They stayed on top of everything and made sure the project went smoothly, even when we hit an unexpected delay due to issues hidden beneath the flooring. They were flexible, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way.

When we walked into Brothers Floor Covering I immediately knew we were in the right place. So kind, patient, and tons of samples that we could take home to “try before we buy”. Our new carpet looks amazing and is so soft.
Bonus: While they were installing the new carpet I asked about a small defect in one of the LVP planks in a different area of my home (not installed by Brothers). That one plank has bothered me for years. Not only could they fix it, but they had someone out to my home in 2 business days to fix it. The repair is so seamless you would never know there was a repair completed in the first place.
They are not the cheapest quote we received but you get what you pay for. These guys are like floor magicians. Do not look elsewhere. They will be our only call for any flooring needs in the future.

He was also able to answer my many questions about carpet options and the install process. The install team was very careful with our property and did a great job. We're really happy with our new carpet and will use Brothers for all of our future flooring needs.
