LOVE, love my floors from Brothers! I appreciated Jessica’s advice when we were looking. Tim was our Sales Rep, and always responsive and helpful. Honestly,, I was disappointed that the installation team did not clean up and present the new flooring beautifully. I had to spend MANY hours cleaning and scrubbing my brand new floors to clean the dust and grime left from the installers. . Brothers, you are missing an opportunity to “stand out” from your competitors, by leaving a customer with spotless shiny new floors!!! But I will say, Tom came back several times to make sure we were happy. Tom gets 5 Stars! I’m giving Brothers 4 stars. When your customer spend many thousands of dollars on new flooring, leave them in awe with a shiny, spotless first impression after install!
I am very happy with my flooring!!!
I am very happy with my flooring!!!
Everyone was amazing to work with. My floors are beautiful!
Brothers Floor Covering did a fantastic job with my new flooring. They were professional, on time, and the pricing felt very fair. The communication throughout the project was great, and they kept the site clean the whole time. The floors look even better than I expected, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The office staff were very helpful in the actual product decision. Edgar, Alfonso and Jose were a pleasure to work with during the installation and Tom & Andrew kept me well informed. I'd definitely recommend Brothers.
🤗👍
Ivan and Romero were promt, friendly and did an excellent job.
From Day ONE Brothers has been exceptional! I made a phone call and spoke to Jessica back a few weeks ago and she was more helpful than anyone I had spoken to up to that point regarding this carpet project. A whole home install brought a bit of stress and she made it so much easier. Next, Andrew came over to measure and offered me the best sale possible! I was so thankful for how easy that was. Not to mention how easy-going he was and how every conversation we had was like he was a good friend! Then moving onto the actual installation process, every single member of the crew was unbelievably kind and respectful. They were professional, efficient, and so tidy. The cleanup was unlike any other I’ve seen from a company before; and that is very important to me. We were personally having a difficult time with a pet right when the project was happening and they were such a bright light during all of that. . I cannot recommend them enough! We are so thankful to have found them. Don’t give it another thought, go with Brothers Floor Covering!
Ivan and Ramiro did a great job, efficient, professional and personable.
Excellent quality and workmanship. They did three different projects and I am very pleased with all the work. My highest recommendation
Brothers just completed LVP installation for our entryway, kitchen, hall, laundry area and 3/4 bath. Install took just over 3 days. Brothers was easy to work with and addressed all of our concerns. Not the cheapest but quality work in a timely and professional manner.
Ivan and Ramiro were great! Clean install, good work, wonderful experience.
I didn't do the store, they had an event outside with WTTS.
Brothers Floor Covering was fantastic to work with from the first time I walked in the door at their showroom. They listened to what I wanted and needed from my flooring in each of my rooms. They were prompt and professional in tearing out the old carpet, wood floors and vinyl. They knocked out the installation after leveling with no issues. I think the work speaks for itself in the quality that brothers brings to the job.
The Brothers Floor Covering team was a delight to work with from start to finish. The flooring is gorgeous and was installed meticulously. Every member of the team was pleasant, skillful, and hard-working. They were professional, always showed up on time, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations so much that we have already reached out to start another project! The pricing was excellent for the level of service we received. We are recommending Brothers Floor Covering, Inc. to all of our friends and family!
My project with Brothers Floor Covering was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They were communicative, quality-driven, and approached their work with the utmost integrity. They want to do the job correctly, and it's definitely apparent in the results. I would highly recommend working with the Brothers team. I can promise that you'll be absolutely FLOORED by the results 😉
Our whole experience was exceptional! The product is wonderful, the install was quick and left no mess! This company is family operated and it shows in the customer service provided starting with the sales staff to the installers. I highly recommend this company and am planning on using them for our next project!

Ivan and Ramiro were amazing! They were so very kind and polite. They communicated well what they were going to do, they worked very hard, and did a great job! They were very respectful of my home, very friendly with my dog, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up. Then they went above and beyond and wiped down my baseboards to cover the scratches in the woodwork! Im so excited and my house looks great!! Thank you, gentlemen, for such a wonderful experience!
